good eats at Le Dog in Ann Arbor

Summerfield | Dec 9, 200304:38 PM

I've just had the last two Fridays off and I spent part of them getting some take-away food from Le Dog on E. Liberty and meeting my wife for lunch. On Thursdays and Fridays chef has lobster bisque which is quite good, and I can tell you that I had more lobster in Le Dog's bisque than I got at the Chop House. My wife had a mushroom tofu soup that was very spicey and tasty. We both had Cajun Rice loaded up with andouille (sp?) sausage, veggies with a nice hot pepper undertone. The rice was good and moist, the way rice should be. The funny thing about Le Dog is that the hot dogs aren't very good. My son had one last week and it was just so-so. Polish sausage is better though. I'm getting hungry...
