hi
we're doing a road trip around new mexico from the 12/25 to 01/03, and i can see a number of posts about santa fe and taos, but was hoping that i could get some reccomendations for truely outstanding eats in the rest of NM (if you have specific santa fe and taos tips, that's great too!) .
we eat everything and everywhere - from road-side shacks to haute cusine. the only criteria is that the food be really, really good.
