We were a hungry and lost Philly family last weekend on the g'island and we stumbled upon a restaurant called Hong Kong Seafood on Old Country Road off South Oyster Bay Road. They were serving Dim Sum on Saturday afternoon and we were very pleased with the food. They did not have a very large selection of items on their cart and trays, but everything was very delicious and tasted fresh. They also had a larger number of dim sum items that could be ordered off of their menu which we did not do, as we filled up fast on sui mai, har gow, steamed and baked pork buns, tofu skin roll, stuffed eggplant in black bean sauce (out of this world), sticky rice in lotus leaf just to name a few. They were very friendly and gave us great service.
We were astounded by the sheer number of Chinese restaurants that there are on Long Island. You folks must love your Chinese food.
