A friend and I are going to be in Red Bank for 2-3 days at the beginning of June, and we're looking for some dining advice. There are a couple of complicating factors: we'll be on a pretty tight budget (but don't mind paying a bit more if portions are reasonable and quality is excellent), my travelling companion is fussy about food (doesn't eat fish/seafood at all, prefers chicken to red meat - i'll eat anything that doesn't eat me first), and we're not all that interested in eating lots of italian while we're in town (Italian restaurants are a dime a dozen up here in Toronto, and we're looking for something a bit different).
I've read through a lot of suggestions on this board, and I think I've identified a few places that will fit the bill (Dish for a nice dinner, La Chalupa, Siam Garden).
Are there any other places we should make a point of checking out? No place is too dodgy if the food is decent. ;)
