Good cracker, bad cracker - luvin Hot and Spicy Cheez-Its

Seriously, I can't remember when I last bought a cracker. Maybe Christmas two years ago.

Today Hot & Spicy Cheez-Its caught my eye ... and they were on sale. So, realizing how long it has been since I've had any cracker, use that as a barometer ... however, I never liked cheez-its that much in the past.

These have a wonderful Tabasco sauce aroma to them. My mouth kind of filled up with the aroma before even taking a bite. Nice flavor ... the Tobasco kick pairs nicely with the cheese. Red and green tobasco sauce used. They were very nice with a bowl of Southwestern Corn chowder. Only 150 calories for 25.

So I also bought a box of Kellogg's All-Bran garlic herb crackers. Yeah, they tasted like they were supposed to be a healthier choice. Didn't like them much.

So ifI lose my senses again in the cracker aisle, what are some crackers worth the calorie splurge ... which should be left on the shelf?

What's your favorite cracker?
