Where is a good Chinese 'Pork Rund' or 'Pork Stewed'?

If you don't know what 'pork rund' is, stop and don't read any further.

Anyway, does anybody know any restaurant which serves a good 'pork rund'?

Some restaurants might use a different name rather than 'pork rund.'

I think 'Pork Rund' is a Shanghainese specialty. It's like a big, round piece of pork with the fat and the skin attached. The meat and fat are tender and soft, like of like 'beef stewed.'
