I've been scouring the internet for a quick and easy cheesy potato soup recipe, but somehow I can't find one that meets all my requirements.
Does anyone have a good recipe that
a) is made from scratch (chicken broth is ok but no "cream of" soups)
b) uses diced potatoes that you do not mash or puree
c) has a creamy, cheesy base that isn't super runny
I'd like to be able to make it on the stovetop, but slow cooker versions are fine too.
