I've been meaning to get this new place some more business for weeks. One of the few places I regularly eat at in Seattle. Nan Fa Thai on Lake City Way and NE 80th. The decor is vinyl hell (left over from previous Chinese place) and the service is OK, but it is the best Thai food I have had in the US outside of Thailand. All this for $6 to $8 a plate. Seems to be run by ethnically Chinese Thais -- the Chinese influenced stuff on the menu is mediocre, but I haven't had a bad Thai dish yet! Consistent to boot!
