I'm looking for recommendations for a good butcher near the Westside. I've heard plenty about How's but it's a bit out of the way, and I'm not buying in quantities large enough to make Harvey Guss' worth it. I'm wondering if there's anything like these closer to the Westside?
My question is for all things meat in the future, but for right now especially a good source for beef tenderloin and maybe saddle of lamb?
If not, it's looking like Whole Foods.
