Is there a good burr grinder for $100 or less?

This is for a gift. It'll be used primarily for drip coffee -- no espresso concerns. Yes, yes, I know I ought to look at the Baratza Mills Virtuoso. But at $200, it's beyond my budget. And I've heard "iffy" things about the Maestro Plus (and that one runs about $150).

So, is there a less expensive burr grinder that performs well and will last several years?
