Good brewed coffee in centralish area?

I can't take Tim Horton's and McDonalds but I'd love to find something decent around Yonge & Eglinton/Davisville and farther down town. Getting farther north, I liked Ideal Coffee near Lawrence but it closed and I made the error of trying Bobette and Belle (whatever that cupcake place is now up there) and yuck! Also, while a tad off central but still do-able is the new coffee place at Highborne and Eglinton. Very nice coffee most times I've tried it but that's really about it.

Ideas?
