I'm hosting a rice cake and dumpling soup (Korean-style) dinner for Lunar New Year, and know how to make good meat dumplings, but am stymied as to what to do for my vegetarian friends. I've bought frozen vegetarian dumplings before, but they've never been any good, and am wondering if someone could just point me towards a good brand. They don't have to be Korean-style, just completely vegetarian. Or a good recipe would work, too! Thanks.
