i'm jonesin for a steak - but all of a sudden, i feel like i should branch out and try a veal chop.
i live in an apartment and i do not have access to an outdoor grill - thus i usually broil my steaks (rare). i'm thinking of doing this with the veal chop. is this fine? should a veal chop be treated differently? i'm hoping it can be exchanged with a steak seamlessly. any insight you folks can provide is appreciated. thanks.
