I just tried the meatloaf recipe from Gold and Fizdale's cookbook. I got it as a gift and had not used it much - it looks to be more for dinner parties than stuff to make after work. It was good but involved - I had to cook chorizo, soak dried mushrooms, cook onions and a pound and a hlaf of 'shrooms... But the end result was an absolutely great meatloaf.
Has anyone else ever tried/heard of this cookbook? I had never heard of it until I received it as a gift. Any other recipe success?
