I did a search and, while it was mentioned in other threads, I think this place deserves its own thread. We went there for our anniversary dinner last weekend and had a very nice meal. Because it was graduation and Mother's Day weekend they had a prix fixe menu where for $4o you got to choose 2 of 8 apps, 1 of 5 entrees, 1 of 6 sides, and 1 of 3 desserts. I chose the fried eggplant with roasted beet with a little cheese in between and thin slices of head cheese terrine. My wife chose a dip made with lentils and marinated fiddlehead ferns. For dinner I had the short rib with polenta and side of pan fried brussel sprouts; wife had cannelloni stuffed with spinach and cheese. We both had the panna cotta with a sweet red wine reduction for dessert. It's not the prettiest restaurant but charming and the service was excellent.
Very pleased with our food and experience. This place has inserted itself into our regular rotation.
