I'm a fan of the Silk Road cart on the greenway, but cannot recommend the goat stew. The stew was somewhat bland and the goat itself seem like a fast-food version of goat (goat nuggets?).
The old Green Street used to make a great goat stew, fiery hot. Highland Kitchen makes a very good one. Take away my chow-badge, but I have yet to make it to Dorchester to try some goat stew down there. Irie has been on my list for awhile... has anywhere surpassed it?
For stews, I still very much like the Jamaican Jerk Chicken stew at Silk Road. It is not really jerk, but at least it tastes good. The bbq is also good. It's not going to make you forget North Carolina, but for a food cart downtown, it hits the spot well.
