Okay, I bought a quart of Meyenberg goat milk the other day, for reasons that largely escape me (perhaps because I'd never bought any before?) So, now I need some recipes and I know that you CHers won't let me down. I don't drink cow's milk (or soy milk or any other kind of milk), so just drinking it plain isn't an option. But I'd love to hear of your recipes, sweet and savory. I did look at the Meyenberg website, but I'd like some "tried and true" ones of your own. One caveat: no fudge recipes, please.
