I'm looking for a soft gluten free tortilla to make wraps with and need some recommendations on brands and where to buy. It appears the UDI brand you have to heat first to make pliable and I'm doing a smoked salmon wrap with cream cheese, so need so need a product I can work with at room temperature.

My hubby has celiac so we use the LaTortilla Factory Teff wraps. They're a bit stiff out of the package but a quick steam or hot water spray (followed by cool down) relaxes them a good bit. We order online by the case at https://eyelevellink.com/products/la-...
Hope this helps! :)
Maizal on King W at Liberty Village. They are gluten-free and made in-house everyday. Owners are really good people and food is delicious. In my opinion, it's the only restaurant in Liberty Village that's priced right.
