Hi all. I tried using the search function and it wasn't much help.
I'm having guests to dinner and one has adopted a gluten free and dairy free lifestyle to help with stomach issues. I'm feeling especially empathetic ever since I've had stomach issues.
BUT I don't know where to begin. I'm afraid I'll get midway through a dish and realize there is hidden gluten. The dairy is a little easier to search out the culprit. I may end up picking up dessert or asking them to bring it, but I'd also love to hear dessert recommendations since I know that would be the toughest to transform.
