I'm having a Lunar NewYears party and one of my guests has a wheat allergy. Most Asian dumpling and wonton wrappers are made with wheat. Rice paper (like what you use in summer rolls) aren't the same. I'm looking for something that can be filled, closed, and boiled. Are there any brands that sell ready-made GF dumpling wrappers? I live in a city with a big Asian population, if that helps. I'd prefer not to make my own.
