Oh glorious, glorious dauphinoise

Over the weekend, something made me open MtAoFC and go for Julia's basic gratin recipe. So easy. So good. Let me reiterate that. SOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD!!!!! That has to be one of the most noble uses for a potato.

Just one of those reminders of how wonderful simple French cooking is, and how lucky we all are that Julia made it so accessible.
