Does anyone have Japanese knives? Global in particular. And is there anywhere to get them sharpened west of Ross Cutlery downtown, it's a real bear to park around there and a haul from Hollywood, which is where I'm located. If people could limit their response to actual experience with Japanese/Global knives as most knife sharpening places regardless of skill level do not have the proper machinery for Japanese knives and are set up for German-type knives.
