I stopped by the St. Helena Farmers' Market in Napa Valley this morning and sampled a blackberry from the Glasshoff's stand. It was the sweetest blackberry I had ever tasted! So sweet in fact I questioned it actually being a blackberry. Nevertheless, I bought 2 pints. The first one I had as soon as I got home, and with the exception of 3 they were all very sweet. The other pint I broke out after dinner with some friends. Served it with a little scoop of vanilla Double Rainbow. So delish!
They also sell at the ferry building in SF, in case anyone wants to give them a try!
