the girlfriends are away so the guys are going out for... dansungsa? fu rai bo? ideas?

hey guys-
our girlfriends are going out of town tonight so we're going out on a meat-eating adventure in ktown or sawtelle or little tokyo (pretty much anywhere but the SGV- too far). here's my criteria, maybe you guys have some ideas I haven't thought of? We're huge Dansungsa fans, and do Fu Rai Bo at least once a week, so I was looking for other things along those lines, even though if we end up going back to one of those I won't be upset.
1. funky, dark bar-like atmosphere (Dansungsa is the best example I can think of)
2. pitchers of beer or cheapish soju in a place where ordering several of each won't make you look out of place.
3. very good food with several meat options (grilled pork ribs, chicken wings, beef)
4. won't break the bank (Park's BBQ is out, as much as I wish it wasn't)
So how about it? Any other delicious drinking gems I've missed long the lines of the other places?
