Giovanni's - the best ravioli in L.A.

Mal | May 27, 200011:35 AM

Well, I haven't had ALL the ravioli in L.A., so it's just speculation, but check out Giovanni's on Venice and Clarington, a tiny trattoria right next to the Mambo Grill. Homemade ravioli that really is the best I've ever had, anywhere - also great pasta dishes, milanesa, and wonderful homemade desserts (our waiter last night told us he made the strawberry tarts himself). B.Y.O. - they don't sell wine, but they don't charge corkage fees, and there's a Trader Joe's right next door. Buono gusto!
