It's Christmas day here in Japan (Xmas eve for those in the Americas/Europe) and my sister's boyfriend gave me a 3kilogram surprise pack of meats :-)
Unfortunately, one section included a rather large serving of piggie kidneys. I have no idea what to do with these.
Can anyone offer a good recipe or type of recipe I should be looking for? Minimal fuss a plus of course. I'd rather not spend hours and hours for something that I may not enjoy.
Is a steak&kidney pie a good choice?
