Gift ideas for special condiments, spices, wine, for gift

My dear friend and I have been friends so long we’ve given each other just about everything there is to give, Christmas, birthdays, and in between, and I am at a loss this Christmas.

She is an excellent cook so I am thinking of giving her a bowl of interesting food items such as special salt, special peppercorns, special liqueur, and the like, but I don’t have specific ideas.

Can you please give me some suggestions?

Also, I'm thinking about putting them in a Mason Cash bowl. Any comments about that?
