Gift certificate recs for Ellicott City needed

I'd like to get a gift certificate for my parents to a resturant in Ellicott City, but unfortunatey, I live in Philly now and am unfamilar with some of the new restaraunts that have opened.

My folks are *ahem* not that adventurous, eating-wise. Therefore I'm afraid we're restricted to "american", Chinese, Italian, etc. A more casual atomosphere is preferred over "stuffy" or overly hip.

I'd like to spend about $75-80. and this should cover most, if not all of the meal. Bonus points for being near Main Street, unless there is something else in the area that is really good.

Tersiguel's is probably a bit expensive, and I'm not sure if my mom enjoyed it when she was there with friends a while back.

I was thinking of Sidestreets, but I'm not sure how the quality of their food is anymore.
