Little Giant Review

Went to dinner here last weekend. Located on the corner of Broome and Orchard the weather was actually perfect for a tableside dinner especially becuase this block had very litttle traffic.
Drink - they dont have your standard booze here. Everything is small batch. The vodka choices were excellent. I was never asked if I wanted Potato or Grain based before.

Apps - Grilled octopus was excellent and sat on this great salad with a lemon dressing. The next appwas amazing. Called the Figgy Piggy, it was figs stuffed with smoked blue cheese wrapped in pancetta. Really outstanding. We also had the feta and watermelon salad with fresh mint. The feta and watermelon together were excellent. However there were some radishes in the dish that were very strong and needed to be avoided.

We then has the strip steak which was one of the best pieces of meat I have had in years. Great flavor and texture, cooked perfectly. We added a home made chive bisket that was so good we fought over the last bite. No dessert for us as we headed across the streat to this Tequila bar for another drink.
I summary the food was very good and definitely a place to go back to. Great hood also for before and after dinner. Don tmiss out.
