I tried making ghee for the first time yesterday. It was a nice, translucent amber-gold color when first strained. I left it on the counter to cool with a paper towel on top, and it's now been about 20 hours. From a distance it looks like it should: cloudy and deep yellow, and like it might be solid. However, it's actually still very liquidy. Did I do something wrong and can it be fixed? I've included pictures if it first strained and now.
I should also add that the coconut oil on my counter is completely solid, so I don't think it's an issue of my kitchen being too warm.
