Ghee (clarified butter) Solids

Hello ! I make Ghee alot. Pretty much the same thing as clarified butter I believe. The method I use is, when its ready I strain it through a cheese cloth. The solids that are left are absolutely delicious ! Its not much but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas what to do with it ? I've tried stirring into a Curry but otherwise end up just eating it ;)
