Off to Kyoto, Nara, Hakone, and Tokyo next week. I have celiac disease and must follow a strict gluten free diet- ie NO soy sauce, wheat, barley etc. Any suggestions for restaurants ( especially in Nara and Hakone) and also how best to communicate my special needs successfully? Anything that I should be aware of?
Also, does anyone know the ingredients in the rice burgers/buns at Mos Burger?
