Had a nice meal at this place on Fri. night. The place is located at Herndon & Blackstone. Very nice ambiance, small dining room but very pretty. The tables near the front have a nicer feel to them.

I chose the Armenian Combo Delight which was shish kebab (marinated pieces of very tender lamb) which was broiled with bell peppers and onions. Very flavorful and true, authentic Armenian cooking.

The combo also came with Kufte and Sarma. The sarma was delicately stuffed grape leaves which were fabulous and the kufte is the spice stuffed Middle Eastern meatballs which were also very good.

The dinner also includes a nice green salad, rice pilaf and fresh steamed vegetables.

This is probably the best place in the area for this type of food. Service was effecient and the prices are moderate.

Now it's off to the Pacific Northwest where I hope to try at least a dozen new places to be reporting on in the near future! ***kim***
