We bought a George Foreman grill recently (the smallest one, it has a bun warmer on top and room for maybe two chicken breasts) and love it. We have found it is especially good for duck breasts (we sear them first in a skillet, then finish them on the grill - the angled surface drains fat and you are left with juicy meat and seared skin - the duck never swims in its grease).
I just saw his new contact roaster device and was wondering if anyone has tried it yet. It looks kind of interesting, but a little small.
Thanks in advance,
