Any genuinely good Tex-Mex in DC/Arlington?

We're moving up to the Ballston area in less than a month, and looking forward to all the great opportunities that the DC and East coast offers. I'm just wondering, being from the San Antonio and Austin region, is there any good Tex-Mex that isn't a chain, that we can get our food fix? A buddy took us to the Austin Grill, and it was okay, but definitely lacked the spice we are used to.
