Genoa: Toe Drue & Antica Osteria Dei Bai-Anyone Been?

I am in Genoa on business for several days late in January. I've read Gambero Rosso, Michelin, Guida Espresso, Saveur (cover story from '96) and the few posts on here that I've been able to find. The best that I can tell is that this is not one of the most exciting cities in Italy for food. The second of the restaurants above has a Michelin star while the first really looks the most interesting. Has anyone been to either? Any alternatives?
Also, am I correct in saying that white truffles will no longer be available then?
