I have dined at all 4 (Casamento's, Galatoire's, Domilise's, and Mosca's) more times than I can count, in the 50's, 60's and 70's and a few times since. Moved away in 1976.
All have gone through generational or ownership changes since my last visits. Any thoughts on how they've changed and how they compare to their older selves? I'll be joined on this trip home by a son and daughter-in-law and would like to bring them into the culinary world I grew up in, if it still exists.
