Desyree Alberganti, who created wonderful treats at Art of Flavors, will soon open her own place, Gelatology, at 7910 S. Rainbow. Unfortunately, it is hidden in the back of a tidy strip mall. It would be the perfect place to stop by after a visit to Noodle Man. Her Facebook page is already up and a visit indicates that most of the fixtures and displays are there, if not in place yet. Here's hoping she enjoys all the success she deserves in her new location.
