The other day I ordered three Kyocera ceramic utility knife and peeler sets from Woot!.com. When the package came, however, it only contained the knives, no peelers. I checked Woot!'s website, and the description had changed to show only the knives. Of course, I immediately suspected a 'bait and switch', and fired off a peeved missive to Woot!'s customer service. Imagine my surprise to get a response saying that they no longer had the item in stock, and they made a full refund...and I get to keep the knives! I had no idea that anybody had customer service like that any more!
I'm feeling a little less Grinch-y today.
