Gaylords in Shaumburg was great! Anything as good further south?

I had my very first introduction to Indian food Friday night at Gaylords in Shaumburg. I know, shameful - but I just hadn't had a chance to experience it with anyone who knows what they are doing.

It was FANTASTIC! I'm hooked. My friends and I each had the Queen's Feast, and I don't even have the words to describe how delicious everything was. We started off with an amuse bouche of okra chips. I'm sure they have a real name, but that is the only way I can describe them. Then we had samosas, which were amazing. The feast included a choice of two soups (both of which were yummy), sheik kabob, grilled chicken, chicken tica masala, rice with peas in it, a spinach and potato dish that blew my mind, nan bread, and something else I can't even remember.

I ate until I ached, and was saddened that I could eat no more!

Well, unfortunately, Shaumburg is a long drive for me. Is there anyplace comparable further south? Oak Brook? Orland Park? In the city? Please, help a novice out.

Where can I get more of this wonderful food!

Thanks in advance.
