Gas Grill Cookbook

GreenStreetThrill | Dec 13, 2004 12:13 PM

I'd love to get a grill cookbook as a gift for someone who has a gas grill. Ideally, I'd get him a Chris Schlesinger book, for its reputation and Boston connection.

However, I'm concerned that the Schlesinger books (as well as other grilling books) might be too charcoal-centric. Can anyone recommend a grilling cookbook that is either gas-grill-centric, agnostic or at least not too, er, wooden?
