I have garlic scapes from our field, do you have any idea how to use them? I chopped them into 1/2 inch lengths and cooked over medium high heat with some fairly finely chopped up broccoli di cicco. The scapes had the texture of asparagus, not fibrous at all, and the flavor was garlic-y. I would love some other ideas how to use these. I've included a picture of the scapes below.
