i haven't actually BEEN to zankou. but my best friend came to visit me from los angeles and brought me a tub of their garlic sauce they apparently serve with every dish. its a creamy looking white thick substance that is UNREAL! sooooo delicious.
she asked the employee at zankou what was in there and they replied, "garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt"
does anyone have the exact measurements for this? i know i could just play around and figure it out but i' m curious if anyone already has?
