Garibaldi Mexican restaurant in Orlando

Acting on Bob Mervine's recommendation below, I had lunch here yesterday when I happened to be in the area. I just had the enchiladas verdes, but they were so excellent I'd wager it wasn't a fluke and that other dishes are also great (with the exception of the tomato salsa that comes with the chips at the table: not so great). These enchiladas were the real thing: moist, tender coarsely shredded chicken (with tomato bits here and there); perfectly cooked corn tortillas (not too soft or too rubbery, as they sometimes can be); the most flavor-packed tomatillo-chile-cilantro sauce I've ever tasted (spicy, tangy, and brightly fresh); top-notch cheese (I'm not sure what kind it is, but it's the same variety they use at my favorite Mexican places in NYC: salty, melty, but with a strangely pleasant almost gritty texture); the ideal amount of good sour cream squiggled on top; tons of fresh cilantro. I was seated and had my food within like six minutes of arriving, even though it seemed like a busy time for them. Next time I'm in Orlando I'll be back there. Do try it!
