Ganache/glaze without cream?

I just popped a bundt cake in the oven and I usually glaze it with a ganache made with chocolate and cream.

I've realized I'm out of cream, but I've got butter, skim milk, condensed milk, buttermilk, Fluff, and fat free sour cream on hand. Will any of these work with the chocolate to make a glaze?

I've got about an hour to figure this out so I don't have to run to the store.
