Game Sausages

I'm looking for wild game sasuages locally. I'll eat them at a restaurant, but what I'd really like to do is use them in home cooking. By wild game, I'm thinking venison, wild boar (especially wild boar), elk, pheasant, etc.

I'm from the midwest, and you'd generally nuy these from a trusted butcher. Any leads?
