Fusion Crepes (L.E.S.)

Today I passed by this place, Fusion Crepes, on the southeast corner of the Bowery and Grand Street. I had just read about it on the Gothamist website (see below). It truly is just a window facing the street where crepes are made one at a time. I had the tofu/mushroom crepe described on the website (savory crepes $5; sweet crepes $3.50).

It truly is a different experience, unlike anything else I had before. I am partial to new flavors, new tastes so, in that regard, it scored well with me. It takes about 8-10 minutes to contruct this one crepe and the whole process is visible right in front of you.

This place is definitely worth a try--at least for the novelty of it--if you're in the area.
