The last few years our family has made a tradition of a day in downtown Chicago between Christmas and New Years. We spend part or most of the day in small groups shopping, dining, sightseeing, etc, then usually get together for a group dinner for 15 of us, 2 years old to 70, and we range from vegetarians to carnivours (pizza is a common food, though!). The last 3 years we have done lunch at Alumni Club and dinner at Gino's East and Due. Where to this year?
Looking for a fun place with good to great food that will be nice for a family dinner (and not break the bank).
