Full service BBQ caterer - with servers, china, silverware & glassware rentals

sfggirl22 | Feb 16, 201508:57 PM     2

My fiance and I would really love to have delicious BBQ at our wedding reception in Oakland, CA. There are a number of great options for BBQ catering, however, we would really love to find a BBQ caterer that also offers serving staff (mostly for filling waters and clearing plates from tables - we are fine with buffet service) and also offers rentals of china, silverware & glassware. We know if push comes to shove we may have to hire servers and rent the plates, etc. through a different company than the BBQ caterer, but we'd really love to just hire one vendor for all of our needs if at all possible. We are looking for a wedding caterer with non-traditional wedding food, and it's proving it may be more difficult, and may not end up saving us much money in the end. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
