Fuji ya St. Paul MN

How's the food? Who knows, arrived at restaurant 10 minutes before opening with temperature at minus 10 degrees and wind chill of at least 20 below. Owner decided we would have to wait on sidewalk for 10 minutes. Worst customer service decision I have ever experienced. Weather being described in reports as "brutal" and "deadly" but apparently 3 customers were welcome to freeze to death rather than being allowed inside the sacred quarters 10 minutes early.
My advice - go to Sakura excellent Japanese restaurant only a few blocks away on St. Peter Street.
